JOURNEY

THROUGH CRISIS

DAY 2

Day 2

In Day 2, we take a closer look at values and vision. Values provide a plumb line to guide our behaviours. Vision, provides the direction for our actions.

Together with purpose, they form a strong foundation for our development and journey as a leader.

As you scroll further, take some time to reflect and journal your thoughts. Pause and think about the questions below.

May you be refreshed and encouraged as you recalibrate your compass and make plans for the season.

Thank you once again for participating in the Journey Through Crisis Workshop.

Values...

...are principles and motives behind purposeful action

...tell us how we should behave, what is acceptable and deemed to be helpful

...are lived out through good character

Values mean very little until they are lived out

How am I living out my values today?

Are my actions consistent with my values?

To build character

How can I build character?

What do I find challenging?

How can I be bigger on the inside?

Leaders see more and before others

vision

Points you in the direction you're headed. Without vision, we are merely existing

What do I see?

Does it excite me?

How does it align with my purpose?

LEADERS

Pay the price

Persevere through challenges

Position themselves for growth

Am I prepared to make sacrifices?

Am I committed to lead?

Am I disciplined to grow?
