Purpose Statement
To make a difference in the lives of people and organisations through leadership impact and influence.
Bernard Lee is the Founder and Managing Director of Invigorate Consulting (Invigorate). He has over 20 years of management consulting and corporate experience working with leading global organisations across various industries.
His unique blend of experience in organisational development and corporate Human Resources (HR) enables him to bring a pragmatic approach from design to implementation. He is also a seasoned workshop and leadership development facilitator.
He is passionate about adding value to the lives of people and organisations by connecting them to their purpose. He believes the discovery and alignment of purpose can create an environment where motivated and engaged individuals can thrive as they collaborate towards long-term organisational goals.
Outside consulting, Bernard is an active participant in the one-legged sport. Despite a late start, he has completed a few marathons and is still considering whether he'll run the next one.
Bernard consults in the areas of strategic HR Advisory, Organisation Development, People and Organisation Engagement, Change Management and Culture Transformation, Performance and Learning, Leadership Development, Talent and Succession Planning.
His past consulting clients include Maybank, International Centre for Leadership in Finance, Bumiputra-Commerce Bank, Alliance Bank, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Celcom, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, Jurong Town Corporation Singapore, Ministry of Defense Singapore, CHEP (Thailand), ChevronTexaco (Asia Pacific), Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant (China), Iron Mountain and Unilever (Indonesia).
Prior to starting Invigorate, Bernard assumed various roles at WillisTowersWatson, PricewaterhouseCoopers, AstraZeneca, and Recall Asia (A Brambles Company), including a large non-profit organisation.
Bernard holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) from Monash University (Clayton), Australia. He is also an accredited administrator of psychometric profiling and assessment tools namely, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), SHL aptitude tests and Lominger Leadership Architect.
