Bernard is the Founder and Managing Director of Invigorate Consulting (Invigorate). He has over 20 years of management consulting and corporate experience working with leading global organisations across various industries.
His unique blend of experience in organisational development and corporate human resources (HR) enables him to bring a pragmatic approach from design to implementation. He is also a seasoned workshop and learning facilitator.
He is passionate about adding value to the lives of people and organisations by connecting them to their purpose. He believes that the discovery and alignment of purpose between people and organisations create an environment where motivated and engaged individuals can thrive as they work together to achieve long term organisational goals.

Prior to starting Invigorate, Bernard assumed various roles at WillisTowersWatson, PricewaterhouseCoopers, AstraZeneca and Recall Asia (A Brambles Company). More recently, he was in a leadership capacity of a large non-profit organisation.
Bernard holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) from Monash University (Clayton), Australia. He is also an accredited administrator of psychometric profiling and assessment tools namely, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), SHL aptitude tests and Lominger Leadership Architect.
