Hi everyone,
I'm Bernard, your facilitator for the upcoming focus group on April 18.
A little about myself. My purpose is to make a difference in the lives of people and organisations through leadership impact and influence. For over 25 years, I've had the privilege of working with different people across the world and I am more convinced each day that everything rises and falls with leadership (John Maxwell).
I am also the Founder of Invigorate Consulting - a management consulting firm focusing on helping people and organisations connect to their purpose. In preparation for our focus group, I would like us to do 3 things:

Reflect on Crown's purpose statement - "Making it simpler to live, work and do business anywhere in the world". What does it mean to you?

Think of a team that you admire - it can be a sporting team (e.g. football club, basketball team, etc.); a working team (e.g. Finance team, project team, etc.) or any group of people working together. What makes them admirable?

Complete the following questionnaire for the new leader (Lyn Ng) assimilation exercise. This exercise contains a series of questions that will help Lyn become a better leader at Crown.
