Welcome to the Purposeful Leadership Series!
Leadership development is a journey and I want to thank you for starting this journey with me!
Every journey begins in the mind when we set ourselves up for it. As we journey together over the coming months, I want to encourage you to rethink the way you think. Be open as you make new discoveries and work through past challenges.
As you reframe your thoughts, may you be inspired to take steps to act upon it. However little or insignificant it may appear, start small and start we all must. When we put our learning into action, my hope is that you will begin to see changes in how you lead yourself and others. These small steps will eventually translate into impactful leadership as we seek to be purposeful and add value to others.
I want to encourage you to make the most of the engagement - be it the workshops, small group conversations or coffee chats. Make time, be intentional and open to learn and listen to one another. Speak with confidence in a safe environment and share your experiences generously.
Friends, Sunny and I are grateful for allowing us to be part of your journey. It is going to be an exciting and amazing journey as we learn together and become the Purposeful Leader!

Leadership Reflections
As we near the close of the Purposeful Leadership Series, we invite you to take a pause — not to complete a task, but to capture a moment.
Over the past year, you’ve explored what it means to lead with confidence, competence, clarity, impact and commitment. You’ve navigated insight, challenge, and growth. Now, we’d love for you to put into words a few reflections from this journey — for yourself, and perhaps, for the leader you are still becoming.
This is not a report. It’s not an assignment. It’s a moment of stillness — to honour how far you’ve come.
We invite you to write a short reflection (500 words) on your experience across the programme.
You might want to explore questions like:

What have I learned about myself as a leader this year?

What’s changed in how I think, lead, or connect with others?

What moments challenged me, stretched me, or stayed with me?

What kind of leader do I aspire to become — and how will I get there?
You don’t have to answer all of these — just follow the thread that feels most true for you.
Feel free to be candid, reflective, bold, even poetic if you like. This is your voice, your story.
