Welcome and thank you for being part of this journey!
Every journey begins in the mind when we set ourselves up for it. As we journey together over the next few months, I want to encourage you to reframe your thinking. Be open to learn as you make new discoveries and work through past challenges.
As you reframe your thoughts, may you be inspired to take steps to act upon it. Start small and start we all must. As you begin to put into action, my hope is that you will begin to see progress in how you lead yourself and others. These small steps will eventually translate into impactful leadership as we seek to be purposeful and add value to others.
Look around you and will soon realise you're not alone. There is a community of leaders around you who are seeking to make a difference with their lives. Be authentic and share your successes and struggles with one another. Be supportive of one another - we are stronger when we shift from "me" to "WE".
